After a visit of the property, we will prepare a written report explaining in detail with the changes suggested for the owner themselves to implement them.
COMPLETE HOME STAGING
After visiting the property we could prepare a budget including the price and the time it would take to HS DECOR to do the whole project. If remodeling would be required, HS DECOR can afford it, as we have an Architect and a Builder constructor in our team.
PHOTOGRAPHY
We will take professional photos showing the potential of the house previously prepared by HS DECOR.
ONE HOUR HOME STAGING CONSULTORY
We can do One Hour Consultory tour to tell the owner or the Real Estate Agent, which action should be done in the house.
ENERGY CERTIFICATE
We manage the obtaining of the Energy Certificate through our Certified Architect.
TOTAL SERVICE, INCLUDING THE SALE OF THE HOUSE
We cover the complete service of Staging, obtaining the Energy Certificate, Photography, Advertisements, visits and sale of the home.
